Important Notice

Duston Sports and Leisure Complex

Duston Sport and Leisure Complex (DSLC) Working Party is looking to recruit two volunteers
from the Duston community to supplement and diversify its membership.  The Working Party is required to be made up of representatives of several User Groups, up to three representatives of Duston Parish Council  and two representatives of the Duston Community.
The objectives of the Working Party are to redevelop the former Timken sports and  leisure facilities for the benefit of Duston residents and the Community at large. On completion of the
redevelopment it will be leased by Duston Parish Council to a charitable organisation to be
formed to manage the facility. It is envisaged that the Charity will be managed by a
Board of Directors formed largely from the DSLC working party.
If you are interested in volunteering to be a Community Member you must have been a resident in
the Duston Parish Area for not less than 6 months previous to your application and not be a Local Authority Person or representative of a DSLC User Group.
It is essential that you display a high level of interest and commitment to the success of the project both in the construction and operational phase of this exciting Community facility.
Replies should be addressed to Duston Parish Council, Duston Community Centre, Pendle Rd, Duston, Northampton NN5 6DT

When it was lifted a large nest was exposed, we have no idea what type of creature made it. look for the nest in the video.
